HIPAA multi-account AWS environments in Terraform — the ground four more initiatives built on.

Built the serverless AWS foundations — API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions — and the HIPAA-compliant multi-account Terraform environments that paved the way for four more HIPAA initiatives pivotal to the Optum & RV joint venture.

Built SEO and CMS tooling: a PHP Symfony app mapping keyword performance across domains via the Google Analytics API, and a Golang CLI driving an in-house CMS on Fastly — edge caching, branch previews, redirects across domains, traffic logs to S3.
