The decoupling
28 Kubernetes services moved live, three PostgreSQL migrations spanning ten years of data.
Led the infrastructure decoupling that carved 28 distributed services and a Sendbird/CXone chat system out of a shared platform — ArgoCD, Helm charts, and enough communication to keep a live microservice fleet stable through every cutover. Deployment times were cut in half, and the on-call run-books I wrote are still what engineers reach for at 2 a.m.
Directed the migration of three core PostgreSQL databases carrying ten years of history: AWS DMS replication infrastructure built in Terraform, ADRs to align four engineering teams, and step-by-step deployment windows I led personally.
On the DevX side: rolled out a Backstage developer portal onboarding 1,000+ repositories, with templates for new repos, NPM packages, and Golang services.
